A leading brand in the Real Estate space, you will work alongside a team of friendly, knowledgeable and experienced individuals.

About The Role:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Conducting open home inspections as required
• Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements
• Negotiating lease renewals
• Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc
• Handling prospective tenant enquiries
• Conducting routine, ingoing and vacating inspections
• Diary management
• General administration

About You:

• 1-2 years of previous property management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High levels of professionalism
• A real estate licence, or certificate of registration
• The ability to manage and prioritise your time
• Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms
• A valid drivers licence and reliable motor vehicle
