A leading brand in the Real Estate space, you will work alongside a team of friendly, knowledgeable and experienced individuals.
About The Role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Conducting open home inspections as required
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries
- Conducting routine, ingoing and vacating inspections
- Diary management
- General administration
About You:
- 1-2 years of previous property management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of professionalism
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms
- A valid drivers licence and reliable motor vehicle
